If You Are Really Great!
IF YOU ARE REALLY GREAT, YOU WILL LET OTHERS DISCOVER THIS FACT FROM YOUR ACTIONS.
In the final analysis, all that really matters are your actions. You may talk a good story, but no matter how good you are at selling others on your capabilities, eventually you have to perform. It is true that people are generally forgiving and will overlook an occasional failure to deliver upon your promises. Ultimately, though, you must live up to your promises to others if you ever expect to make a lasting impression on them. Make it a habit to demonstrate your abilities before talking about them. Seldom is anything worthwhile achieved without the help of others, and nothing is ever achieved without some form of action. Goals

Goals are essential in business and in general. Without Goals we would be driving blind, its like getting in your car without a map and without knowing your destination. You're going to be lost without a map.
Most people do have goals and know where they are going, but most don't write them down and don't regularly remind themselves on their goals.
What have you set for yourself? What's your desire, what do you see yourself achieving 30, 60, 90 days from now. These should be questions that you are asking yourself.
So how do you set your Goals?
People do this differently, but most have three types of goals, these are normally the due to the length of term of these goals. That is Short term, Medium term, and Long term goals, these usually are monthly goals, ranging from 30, 60, 90, to blocks of 3 months at a time.
I suggest starting with what you'd see yourself doing in 12 months from now. Write that down what you want to achieve in 1 years time, either that be achieving a 6-figure income or buying a house. Be specific and write down the details of it, such as '6 bedroom house with an indoor swimming pool, by the lakeside.'
Write it down in present tense. Use lines like "I will achieve..., I will make..., I will... on the 18th of july".
Than write down your short term and medium term goals, these are pretty much goals leading up to your Long term goal.
Its a big difference from having goals in your head and goals on paper because you have to know why your doing and what is the purpose of this. And writing this down on paper confirms your goals in your thoughts.
The time you spent working on a business, is time away from family and friends and other things you want to be doing. So make that time count and know what and why you are doing it for!
And this is all driving you - because not only its for you its also for your business and the people working with you, where people will pick up on this and know that you have a purpose and driven by it. People want this leadership, they want to follow and have that energy your are radiating.
Goals will change over time, sometimes you'll reset a goal that you didn't achieve. Which is fine, just reset the date to achieve it and get to work on it.
So grab a pen and paper and start setting your Goals if you haven't done so!

Mindset
Living in the state of Abundance
This will sound contradicting to my previous tip ignorance on fire the difference is they are always in action and never caring on the outcome (emotionally detached); they keep going till they're successful. If you're not that type of person than read on.
How and why does being in the right state of mind will bring you success?
The results you have now and in your life is the result of your thinking and focusing on that particular goal. People become what they think about, so if you think you can't do it than you won't do it, on the other hand if you think you can, you will succeed in doing it.
So how do we go about getting the right mindset?
Firstly we must have an abundance mindset, this means getting rid of all the emotions of anxiety and the fears you have inside you. These fears and emotions are what will be holding you back from being successful.
The fear of not making a sale because if you need the money. The anxiety of feeling what if they don't like me, or what if I say the wrong things to my prospect. The feeling of being "let down" when a prospect doesn't pick up the phone.
Getting the picture? Well stop it, its not good for you business!
All this will result you to living in Fear and Anxiety. And it will be very hard to get out from.
These emotions create the fears that will hold you back from picking up the phone again or getting back out there to try new things. Doubts and fears stop you from moving forward, from doing the things you want in your life.
And this is why most people quit.
You need to get out of that poverty mindset and the fear of losing because there will be experiences of lost and failure which is actually a learning experience and what I'd like to call and others do, is FEEDBACK.
This is a whole different lens on its own, which I'll eventually create soon.
So the first thing you need to do before starting a home business is change your way of thinking. Think abundance, be in the state of knowing that there are endless opportunities out there, endless amounts of leads to generate, endless number of prospects to call. And if you do hit an obstacle, that's fine, go around it, find a way to go over it. Its part of everyday business, acknowledge the benefits and move on.
This not only will get you thinking differently you will start to act differently.
"Your results and life will always be the same until you change it and think differently."
So change you thinking today, be in the state and mentality of abundance. This is an on going process, so don't worry if you are getting it. Keep working on it.

Ignorance on Fire!

A lot of people will dive straight into their business with two feet. We call this ignorance on fire
They are totally excited, and full of energy - good feelings about it. Their emotions are so high that it will spread to others whoever they contact. Friends and family and even their Leads they call for the first time will feel that energy and good vibration coming from them.
Though as good as this may sound it is also a big pit fall for many beginners in the business. Most expert business network marketers would be quite reluctant to sponsor and recruit these high spirited individuals because of the risk they'll quit after not achieving the results in the early days of doing the business. This is because the energy their exerting is running on their emotions. And when those emotions are empty - they'll quit as fast as they signed up.
BUT
And that's a big but, there is a huge benefit with such individuals, especially when the business opportunity allows such energy and emotions to help them succeed in getting the wealth that they want in their life.
Most of these individuals would not know any of the details of what their company is all about, what the compensation plan is, what and how to recruit and prospect leads. All they know is that the opportunity that they are in will get them the wealth and freedom that they are seeking and they are so excited that they can see themselves already free and wealthy. And that is the energy that's very attractive and they will attract the people who sees that.
I work with an opportunity that allows people to go in with two feet and not worry about the details that holds back a lot of people from being successful.
You hear about opportunities that are easy and simple to follow right? That is because businesses out there are working towards being simplicity and using easy to follow systems. Though they are not trying to create a "get-rich" quick scheme, many of these businesses are working to lessen the load of work you do to get rich by taking action right away, using efficient techniques and applying it at the right time and places.
Notice the word applying which many newbies in the home business industry are not doing. They are not acting and taking too long to prepare and get "everything perfect" before they place an Ad, or call up a prospect.
These "ignorance on fire" individuals don't stop to prepare, they are out the door meeting people, placing Ads without knowing how, calling up leads and talking with their warm market about the opportunity before even reading the first welcome email. They are TAKING ACTION
Granted that their opportunity will allow them to benefit from their excitement and that they want to be successful quickly.
They aren't concerned with the details and or care what their outcome will be, their mindset is set on getting this information that they have been shared to others.And because they are so excited and emitting that good vibe and energy, that energy will rub off on the people they meet and contact. Which inevitably will get someone's attention who sees what they see and will join them in the opportunity.
Ignorance on fire are action takers. They are high-spirited individuals who can taste, smell and see the end result and they need training to know how to harness that power.
I suggest marketers who do recruit these people (after asking all the necessary questions) to make sure they know what to expect and give them the proper training and courses that they may prosper even more in their opportunities. If they can be excited about it, it means they can unlock that energy again and again. And with the proper training and mentoring they'll blossom into a beautiful flower.
Don't be afraid to go in head first, taking action is what will get you successful. The little details will fall into place and you can find out later about that. Get this business opportunity in front of qualified people AS FAST AS YOU CAN!
Just get out there and make it happen!
